Important Considerations
- Be anywhere in the world. There is no restriction as to where you are located. You can be anywhere in the world.
- It's legal. Online notarizations met all applicable laws pertaining to traditional and electronic notary public statues as set forth by the State of Missouri MO House Bill 1655
- it's safe. Online notarization relies on powerful technology to prove the identity of signers, uses real-time video and audio to communicate between notary, signer, and any necessary witness's, and locks documents from being tampered.
- Identify verification requirements. You must: be a U.S. Citizen, be over 18 years of age, have a valid Social Security Number, have an unexpired U.S. Driver's License or State Identification Card or U.S. Passport.
- Technical requirements. Online notarizations are required to be recorded with video and audio. Please review these requirements: Desktop/Laptop computer with webcam and microphone, Ability to access email from a Desktop/Laptop computer, mail a copy of the documents to be notarized prior to appointment and during the appointment.
- Economical cost. Starting cost $40.00.
The Process
1. CONTACT ME

2. CONFIRM APPOINTMENT
After we talk, you will receive an email from me with the date/time for the appointment, which includes the online virtual conference link.
You will need to attach a PDF of the document(s) to be notarized in your email reply confirming the appointment.
DO NOT sign the document(s). You will do this electronically.
3. APPOINTMENT TIME
a. VERIFY IDENTIFICATION:
There will be a capture of a photo of your government ID (driver's license, state ID, or US Passport.)
b. Client signs the document, send via email.
c. Client makes payment.
c. Receive document signed by notary via email.
